These terms apply when you order from YourScaleGate. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our services
We offer: (1) Google Review Cards: a review link and QR code, optionally with a physical NFC tap card; (2) Website and App Development: custom websites and Android/iOS apps built to your requirements; (3) Social Media Marketing: social media management and paid ad campaigns; and (4) business software: ERP solutions provided in partnership with RAAD Technologies (Pvt.) Limited, and our own WhatsApp CRM, Email CRM and AI Voice Agents, offered by demo. For ERP, the scope, licence and support terms are set out in the written proposal for your business. Exact scope, pricing and delivery timelines for website, marketing and software work are confirmed with you in writing before we start.
Pricing and payment
Review Card prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for customers in Pakistan and in US Dollars (USD) for international customers. International customers can order the Link + QR package; physical NFC cards ship within Pakistan only. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is due when you order unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Your Google Business Profile link
You're responsible for choosing the correct business listing. We build your review link and QR code from what you select or provide. If it points to the wrong listing, tell us before printing or shipping so we can correct it; we're not responsible for orders produced from an incorrect link you supplied.
Delivery
Digital deliverables (review link, QR code, downloadable card) are provided shortly after payment is confirmed. Physical NFC cards are shipped separately once produced; timelines depend on your location and are shared at checkout or by our team.

Referral program
Customers referred by a YourScaleGate salesperson using a referral code help that salesperson earn commission. Referral arrangements are between YourScaleGate and its salespeople and don't change the price a customer pays.
Acceptable use
Review cards are meant to make it easier for genuine customers to leave genuine reviews. You agree not to use them to request fake reviews, to reward reviews in a way that breaks Google's policies, or otherwise misuse the service. Google's review policies govern your Google Business Profile, and following them is your responsibility. Our software must only be used to contact people who have agreed to hear from you, in line with the laws and platform rules that apply in your country.
Third-party services
Parts of our service rely on third parties, such as Google, payment processors (Safepay, EasyPaisa, JazzCash), messaging platforms and couriers. Their terms, and any downtime or issues on their side, are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
We work to deliver accurate, working review links, QR codes, cards, websites and campaigns. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under the consumer laws of your own country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
