YourScaleGate ("we", "us", "our") provides Google Review Cards, website development, social media marketing and business software to businesses in Pakistan and internationally, including the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Orders: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, your Google Business Profile / Maps link and, for physical NFC card orders, a shipping address. If a salesperson referred you, we record the referral code used.
• Enquiries and demo requests: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the service or product you're interested in, and your message.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your review link and QR code, produce and ship physical cards, process payment, reply to enquiries and arrange demos, provide support, and calculate commission for the salesperson who referred you (if any). We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising unrelated to the service you asked about.

Third parties we work with

• Google (Places API) to find your business and build your review link.
• Safepay to process card payments, and EasyPaisa / JazzCash for wallet payments in Pakistan. We don't store full card or wallet details.
• Resend (email delivery), plus short WhatsApp (CallMeBot) and phone push (ntfy) alerts to our team when you send an enquiry or demo request. These alerts never include your email address or phone number.
• Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (website hosting).
• Couriers, who receive only the delivery details needed for physical cards.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy terms. Some of these providers process data outside your country; we only share what each one needs to do its job.

Cookies and local storage

We store your region choice (for prices and currency) in your browser's local storage so it's remembered next time. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention and your rights

We keep order and enquiry information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Unpaid trial orders are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have rights under data-protection law, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local regulator (in the UK, the ICO). If you're in the US, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email us using the details below.

Children

Our services are for business owners and their representatives. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
