Digital orders (Link + QR)
Digital-only orders are non-refundable once your review link and QR code have been delivered, because the work is complete at that point. Please check the business listing carefully before you pay.
Physical NFC cards
If a physical card arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Websites, marketing and software
Custom website, marketing and software work follows the refund and cancellation terms in your written quote or agreement.
Approved refunds
In the rare case a refund is approved (for example, an order that was paid but never delivered), we process it within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more business days to show the funds.
